Thank you for your interest in Casita Joy & Love , a favorite in Javea, Spain.
Here is the pricing information according to the seasons
High season (June 15 – September 15)
- 4.000 € per week (minimum rental one week. Beyond that, 600 euros per additional night up to the 14th day)
- From day 16 onwards: €500 per night
Mid-season (September 15 – October 30 & April 1 – June 30)
- 3.500 € per week (minimum one week)
- From day 16 onwards: €450 per night
Exit cleaning fee : 250 €
The package includes a maximum of 10 hours of cleaning. Beyond this time, and if the premises are not returned in an acceptable state of cleanliness, an additional charge of 25 euros per hour will be applied.

Terms and conditions
- Arrival (check-in) at 4pm
- Check-out at 10am
Caution
We require a deposit of €2,000 which will be returned to you upon completion of the check-out inspection.
